SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Please note during Covid-19 there will be unavoidable delays to our postage services
Domestic
  • All domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order (Up to 5 business days during launches, sales or holiday periods)
  • Standard shipping is free for orders over $200
  • Domestic orders under $200 are a flat rate shipping fee of $10
  • Domestic express shipping is available at a flat rate shipping fee of $15
  • You will be emailed once your order has been processed and again once posted with a tracking number
  • Please check your delivery address carefully as Vagary takes no responsibility for lost parcels or for incorrect details given
  • During holiday and busy periods, processing and shipping may be delayed

International

  • International shipping is a flat rate of $30 AUD
  • Due to covid-19 the current delivery time through our Australia Post Service is 6-27 business days, as advised by Australia Post.
  • DHL flat rate shipping is available for $50 AUD
  • DHL has an estimated delivery timeframe of 5 business days
  • You will be emailed once your order has been processed and again once posted with a tracking number
  • Please check your delivery address carefully as Vagary takes no responsibility for lost parcels or for incorrect details given
  • As we are a very small team, please allow up to 5 extra business days for parcels to be shipped during busy periods including launches, sales, holidays and other times.

Returns

  • For a refund, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase
  • After a return has been initiated with us, you will have a further 10 days for us to receive your return to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns received after 10 days from being initiated will be given an exchange or credit. 
  • No refunds or exchanges are available on sale items unless faulty
  • Please make sure your order number is listed on the returns bag prior to returning.
  • All items must be in their original condition, tags still attached and unworn ready for re-sale.
  • Items will be inspected before a refund is given to the card/account in which you paid from.
  • Your original receipt is used as your proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in a waterproof/sealed bag and we recommend using a tracking service as Vagary is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

Faulty Products

    • In accordance with consumer law, faulty products are classified as either received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred.
    • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
    • Vagary products are all handmade in Bali and require extra care as they can be delicate. We recommend you follow the instructions on the swing tags for washing and general care.
    • A refund will be provided for faulty items after inspection.
Pre-Orders
  • All pre-order information for current pre-orders can be found HERE
  • Due to human error, machine error or shipping delays, pre-order times are subject to change and updates will be provided to our information page.
  • If you have pre-order items in your order, your order will ship once all pieces are available. 
  • We recommend separate orders for pre-order vs currently available items.
